- Currently we are not accepting Illinois medicaid but the out patient clinic at Presence Sts Mary and Elizabeth Med Center does. They deliver excellent treatment and we provide clinical services to their programs. For appointments call (708) 410-0615

- For in patient hospitalizations and IOP services most insurances are in network with us in addition to the ones above.
